  1.                         Software License Agreement

  3. The Mnu is not public domain software nor is it free software. 
  4.  
  5. The Mnu program and all accompanying documentation is
  6. Copyright (c) 1989 by Bonsai Technologies. All Rights Reserved. 
  7.  
  8. Non-registered users are granted a limited license to install and
  9. use The Mnu for a period not to exceed 21 days for the purpose of
  10. determining its suitability for their needs. Use of The Mnu by
  11. non-registered users, except for this purpose, is strictly
  12. prohibited. 
  13.  
  14. Registration grants the user a license to install and use the
  15. program on a single file server.  There is no restriction on the
  16. number of workstations the program may be operated on
  17. simultaneously provided that the above restriction of a single
  18. file server is not violated.  Registered users may make as many
  19. archival copies as deemed necessary. 
  20.  
  21. No user may modify The Mnu programs in any way, including, but
  22. not limited to, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse
  23. engineering the programs. 
  24.  
  25. All users are granted a limited license to copy and distribute
  26. The Mnu to others subject to the following conditions: 
  27.  
  28.      Those who receive the program are subject to all conditions
  29.      of this license agreement.
  30.  
  31.      The program may not be represented as being "Free" or
  32.      "Public Domain".
  33.  
  34.      The program must be distributed in unmodified form, complete
  35.      with the file containing license information and full
  36.      program documentation. 
  37.  
  38.      No fee, charge or compensation may be accepted, given or
  39.      requested except a nominal charge not to exceed $10
  40.  
  41. Anyone who copies and distributes this program must also comply
  42. with the above conditions.  This includes, but is not limited to,
  43. Dealers, Consultants, Distributors and BBS Sysops.
  44.                       Warranty Disclaimer

  46. Bonsai Technologies hereby disclaims any and all warranties
  47. relating to The Mnu, whether express or implied, including
  48. without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or
  49. fitness for a particular purpose. Bonsai Technologies will not be
  50. liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or
  51. similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if
  52. Bonsai Technologies has been notified of the possibility of such
  53. damages. In no event shall Bonsai Technologies' liability for any
  54. damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use The
  55. Mnu, regardless of the form of the claim.  The person using The
  56. Mnu bears all risk as to the quality and performance of The Mnu.
